Seela ( NeverHack Group) attaches the utmost importance to the protection of your personal data and undertakes to comply with the provisions of the French Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978 and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 (hereinafter "the General Data Protection Regulation" or "GDPR").

Trust and privacy are core values at Seela.

The purpose of the following disclosures is to explain what personal data is collected and how it is processed on the site by the data controller.

02. Why does Seela process my personal data?

Seela collects your personal data for the following purposes:

  • To provide you with the information or services you have requested through our various forms on the showcase site (registration, tests, program downloads, contact requests).
  • For commercial prospecting purposes 
  • For customer relationship management purposes.


Carry out operations relating to the management of your customer account:

  • contracts, estimates, invoices, training agreements and accounts 
  • monitoring customer relations, such as satisfaction surveys, tracking student progress, managing after-sales service.

Carry out prospecting operations :

  • management of technical operations, prospecting

  • Technical identification data (address) 
  • Technical connection data (logs and tokens in particular)
  • Technical acceptance data ()

Data relating to our customers and contacts is collected directly from them via online contact forms (direct collection) and cookies if you accept them beforehand.

04. Who are the data recipients?

The recipients of the data are :

  • The internal departments of Seela and NeverHack Group subsidiaries in charge of software solutions and related services,
  • Subcontractors and partners for the execution of the processing concerned
  • Any person legally authorized to access the data (judicial or administrative authority).

Hubspot: Seela uses Hubspot CRM to provide contact forms on its website and for customer relationship management purposes. The data is currently hosted in Germany. The data concerned by this processing are the contact details of the representatives of the legal entity and the follow-up information on the commercial relationship.

Typeform: When users submit contact forms, relevant data may be transferred to Typeform, our online form service provider, to facilitate data collection and management. . Data is currently hosted in Spain.

LinkedIn Ads: As part of our marketing activities, we use LinkedIn forms embedded in our ads to collect relevant information directly from interested users. The data provided via these forms can be used to further personalize our advertising campaigns and improve their relevance. . The data is currently hosted in the USA.

Facebook Ads: In a similar way, we use Facebook forms embedded in our ads to collect useful data from interested users. This data helps us to refine our advertising campaigns and tailor them to the needs and preferences of our audience. . The data is currently hosted in Sweden.

Stripe: Seela uses Stripe software to accept online payments and make transfers in the event of a refund. The data is currently hosted in Ireland. The data concerned by this processing are payment details:

  • Type and expiry date of credit card ;
  • Transaction number, purchase details.
  • Amount of payments made or refused
  • Subscription date

05. How long is my data kept?

Your personal data is kept for the purposes of commercial relations, for a period of three (3) years from the last contact from the prospect.

At the end of processing, data may be archived to meet regulatory obligations (for example, billing data must be kept for ten years under the French Commercial Code, even if the data subject is no longer a customer).

06. What are my rights?

In accordance with current regulations on the protection of personal data, you have the following rights:
